About Hello Goodlife & Our Mission to Help YOU!


Hello Goodlife was founded by Dr. Kelsey Latimer and is built on two simple, yet critical values - 1) the idea that anything is possible and we are only limited by our own thoughts and beliefs of what the possibilities are and 2) everyone deserves a chance (or sometimes a second chance) at achieving their best self, regardless of size, shape, color, age, gender identify and sexual orientation.   We are here to help you get that  - first achieving your goodlife and finally your best life, whatever that looks like for you!  

​We promise you an experience where you will always feel valued and listened to.   At Hello Goodlife, we see YOU as the expert of yourself, we are simply the experts on the topic of providing help and assistance - together, we are unstoppable!  Our job is to partner with you to achieve the possibilities!

We work with adults, kids and teens! Our expertise is in anxiety, eating disorders, trauma, and addiction.  We provide CBT, DBT, EMDR, and interpersonal therapy.  Whatever you need, let us try to help! YOU CAN DO THIS!


We believe in helping people and accepting insurance is a part of our mission to support those who cannot afford fee-for-service therapy! We also provide fee-for-service appointments as well.  Dr. Latimer is currently only available through tele-health services provided in a HIPAA compliant platform!

I have learned a lot these past few months. I have learned that things do not always turn out the way you planned it or the way you think it should be. I have learned that things go wrong and do not always get fixed or get put back together the way they were before.  I have learned that some broken things stay broken and I’ve learned that you can get through bad things and look for the better ones as long as you have people around you that support you.  I have learned that some days you just have to wake up, eat, sleep, and cry until one day it is just not as hard anymore.
